Mihoko Hawa, also known as "The Blue-eyed Demon", is a foul tempered girl who runs the Fine Arts Club at Koisen Institute. One day, she's asked to accept some troublemakers at her club, that's how Takumi Kunashuro and his friends become fine arts club members. Not only will she have to deal with this handsome and problematic guy, but also she will learn that graffiti is a valid expression of art.
